What Your Membership Supports
Farming For Good.
H.I.S. is a different kind farm. Yes, we grow fruits, vegetables, raise animals on pasture and bring it all to local tables. What makes us different is community access and community benefits. Our groups not only experience farming in real life but get to taste the wonderful crops in their freshest state. We hold workshops, demonstrations, classes fun picnics and other immersive programs. All of the farm’s proceeds go towards these free programs.
Unifying The Community
When the greater Hopewell community gathers on a Friday night to enjoy indoor or outdoor music, a talk from a farmer, reading by a young author, we not only taste the wonderful fare sourced from our farm but interact, learn and understand topics beyond the latest clicks and headlines. Your contribution helps us support these regular events which foster a community that has a chance to be a sustainable, smart and tolerant.
Useful Learning For All
We are passionate about sustainability on all levels. This includes individual life skills, such as cooking a meal, planting a garden, raising animals, harvesting and processing, all of which provide an alternative to the commercialized large-scale food supply. As such, we want you to know that your invaluable contribution represents a seed in a personal growth of many young people of all backgrounds an ability levels.

We are not able to discount membership levels. Our CSA and Supper Club programs or offered at the minimum price point that allows us to cover the cost of the high quality farm goods, our vocational groups and supervision. We sincerely appreciate your support

Yes ! All Gold, CSA and Supper Club members receive a 10% discount on all of our holiday pre-orders.

We plan each supper for the amount of members signed up. This includes harvesting ingredients, preparing our food and staffing by our vocational group. We generally, do not issue refunds. If an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue credit for each paid member to be used for a future event.
