Our classic sourdough baguette is baked at H.I.S. Bakery. Our vocational group works with our baker Luis to create classic sourdoughs following traditional methods, using local grains and pure ingredients. Luis is a French-style, formally-trained baker who was the original baker at Brick Farm. His recipes have been a part of the Hopewell community for over 15 years.
